Advanced PRP Formulation & Cellular Analysis Strategies
Course Description:
This advanced, physician-led course provides an in-depth understanding of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) formulation techniques and cellular concentration strategies to optimize regenerative outcomes. Designed for clinicians seeking to elevate their expertise in biologic preparation, the course focuses on personalizing PRP formulations based on patient profiles, clinical indications, and therapeutic goals.
Participants will gain hands-on experience in selecting the optimal PRP system (30, 60, 80, 120, 160 mL kits), preparing targeted formulations such as leukocyte-poor PRP, neutrophil-rich PRP, and monocyte-rich PRP, and integrating Protein Rich Plasma (PRP) and A2M effectively. Attendees will also receive guided training on the use of various cell counting technologies, including Horiba, RegeniSTATâ„¢, and Beckman Coulter and learn to accurately assess whether the delivered dose achieves therapeutic thresholds.
The session culminates in a live patient demonstration, allowing participants to observe real-time decision-making, biologic preparation, and ultrasound-guided injection techniques. This highly interactive course equips providers with the tools to deliver precise, data-driven, and outcome-focused regenerative treatments for improved patient care.
Fundamentals of Bone Marrow Concentrates: Techniques, Safety & Clinical Application
Course Description:
This comprehensive hands-on training provides physicians with a solid foundation in the principles, techniques, and clinical applications of Bone Marrow Concentrates (BMC) for regenerative therapies. Led by Dr. Rowan Paul and his assistant Shainn, this program is designed to help attendees understand when and how to integrate BMC into patient care to optimize outcomes and advance treatment capabilities.
Participants will learn when to select BMC over PRP or Micronized Adipose Tissue Transfer, explore the biological advantages of BMC, and develop mastery in safe bone marrow aspiration techniques. The course covers essential strategies for maximizing mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) and total nucleated cell (TNC) yield while minimizing peripheral blood contamination, ensuring optimal product quality.
Through ultrasound-guided training, attendees will gain confidence in performing precise and efficient aspirations, while also learning clinical workflow optimization, including setup, sterile technique, equipment selection, and team coordination. Advanced informed consent protocols and post-procedure care considerations are also discussed to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
The program concludes with a live patient demonstration (when available), allowing attendees to observe real-time procedural techniques and decision-making for successful BMC therapy implementation.
This training equips clinicians with the knowledge, technical skill, and confidence to safely incorporate Bone Marrow Concentrates into their practice and deliver cutting-edge regenerative solutions for musculoskeletal and orthopedic care.
Fundamentals of Micronized Adipose Tissue Transfer: Techniques, Processing & Clinical Integration
Course Description:
This advanced hands-on training program provides physicians with the knowledge and technical expertise required to perform Micronized Adipose Tissue Transfer (MFAT) safely and effectively. Led by Dr. Rowan Paul, Shaiann, Leslie Aja, RMSKS, Ewa Profiruk, Clinical Specialist, the course explores the expanding role of MFAT in regenerative medicine and teaches participants when and how to incorporate adipose-derived therapies into their practice.
Attendees will learn to differentiate MFAT from Bone Marrow Concentrate (BMAC) and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), understanding when each biologic therapy is most appropriate based on patient needs and treatment goals. The course includes step-by-step instruction on performing safe mini-liposuction techniques, addressing potential pitfalls in tumescent infiltration, aspiration, and adverse event prevention to ensure optimal procedural outcomes.
Participants will gain proficiency in processing adipose tissue to achieve a pure, high-quality injectable product while learning to distinguish between Microfat, Nanofat, and raw adipose tissue applications. Ultrasound-guided fat aspiration techniques are emphasized for greater precision and safety compared to palpation-based methods.
The program also covers clinical workflow optimization, from setup and sterile technique to team coordination, along with advanced patient consent processes and post-procedure care considerations specific to adipose-based therapies. The session concludes with a live patient demonstration (when available), showcasing real-time decision-making, tissue processing, and guided injections.
By the end of this course, attendees will be equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to integrate Micronized Adipose Tissue Transfer into their clinical practice, providing patients with innovative, minimally invasive, and highly effective regenerative treatment options.
Fundamentals of Nerve Hydrodissection & Integrating Patient-Reported Outcomes
Course Description:
This comprehensive, physician-led course provides an in-depth understanding of nerve hydrodissection techniques and the integration of patient-reported outcomes tracking to optimize regenerative care and long-term clinical results. Led by Dr. Rowan Paul, Dr. Kentaro Onishi, and Leslie Aja, RMSKS, the training blends advanced diagnostic imaging, precise interventional techniques, and data-driven patient management strategies.
Attendees will learn the proposed mechanisms behind nerve hydrodissection and develop proficiency in ultrasound-guided nerve tracking to identify compressions, adhesions, restrictions, and neuritis. The course covers detailed instruction on equipment selection, injectates, and appropriate dosing volumes, as well as guidance on targeting the most commonly treated peripheral nerves. Emphasis is placed on risk mitigation, understanding potential complications, and managing adverse events to ensure safe and effective outcomes.
