PureBMC® SupraPhysiologic is the flawless solution to bone marrow cell concentrate. The technology provides a powerful and viable cell concentrate in a bone marrow niche that optimizes the function of platelets, total nucleated cells, mesenchymal and hematopoietic stem cells. This promotes better cell proliferation, chemotaxis, migration, and expression, leading to a profound improvement in outcomes. PureBMC® SupraPhysiologic is unique in that its composition DOES NOT contain the levels of plasma free hemoglobin typically found in a bone marrow cell concentrate while containing high concentrations of viable platelet growth factors, which is unique to this biologic. The key is advance preparation technology combined with the addition of the ASPIRE™ Bone Marrow Harvesting System, which permits a minimally invasive pure collection of bone marrow aspirate. Leading in biologic power

PureBMC® SupraPhysiologic is autologous bone marrow concentrate (BMC) that’s clinically accepted modern progenitor stem cell medicine that’s used in the treatment of various pathologies. It supports tissue healing and regeneration through a cell milieu that comprises of a concentrated combination of differentiating stem cells consisting of hematopoietic, mesenchymal, and total nucleated cells, in addition to platelets and other cell mediators and cytokines.  The use of PureBMC® is a point of care minimally invasive biologic that adds the power of self-renewal and differentiation to biologic therapies for musculoskeletal pathologies, spinal disorders, chronic wound care, and critical limb ischemia and a host of other wounds and injuries.  It is an effective treatment in the rapidly growing field of regenerative medicine. PureBMC® SupraPhysiologic is the state of the art in bone marrow concentrating system that leads with biologic power, safety, efficiency and clinical outcomes.

less clotting

Material mediated coagulation studies show there is no statistical significant difference between the clotting time of plasma and PureBMC SupraPhysiologic (SP). Quiescent aspiration of bone marrow using the ASPIRE Harvesting System reduces activation clotting which helps to maintain cell function during collection and processing. This shows that PureBMC SP is processed in a manner that preserves the functionality of progenitor stem cells, platelets, and platelet growth factor.

less free hemoglobin

Extracellular free hemoglobin molecules are known to trigger pathologies associated with adverse clinical outcomes. This includes oxidative reactivity that leads to nitrous oxide depletion, oxidative stress, hypertension, vaso-occlusion, immune dysregulation, renal failure and more.  PureBMC® SP prepares a pure sample of bone marrow concentrate with the least amount of free hemoglobin, when compared to other leading systems.  Its unique collection removes hemolytic free hemoglobin.

less activation

PureBMC® has a progenitor cell viability of 97% or greater, partially due to its gentle processing technique and quiescent aspiration attained with the ASPIRE™ bone marrow needle. it is equipped with an ergonomic and lightweight handle for even application of pressure during deployment, a razor sharp triple crown bevel tip for minimally invasive coring of the cortical bone, and a specially designed fenestrated blunt tip aspirating cannula for purified sample collection.

biology of purebmc® biologic

Hematopoietic Stem Cells

Hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) has the ability to self-renew and to replenish all blood cell types (multipotency).  HSCs can replenish monocytes, macrophages, erythrocytes, megakaryocytes, platelets, neutrophils, basophils, eosinophils, dendritic cells and lymphoid lineage cells.  These cell types are crucial for the regenerative processes needed for active tissue repair.  Hematopoietic stem cells are produced in the pelvic, femur and sternal bone marrow and possess long-term and short-term regenerative capacities.

Mesenchymal Stem Cells

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) are multipotent stromal cells that can differentiate into a variety of cell types to include cartilage, bone and adipose tissue.  Mesenchymal stem cells are found in very small quantities in bone marrow aspirate, however, viable mesenchymal stem cells has powerful proliferative capabilities allowing it to be an effective biologic for regenerative therapies.

Total Nucleated Cells

Total nucleated cell count by any method is a count of cells with nuclei. In order to properly represent the TNC cell count a correction calculation that removes nucleated red blood cells (nRBCs) is performed. Total nucleated cells are a gross indicator of the quality of the bone marrow concentrate product.
